Dr Keck and staff were vey knowledgeable and courteous. My daughter feels vey comfortable going and being treated there.

for check out. I was not helped to get my chart set up, just a phone numbervto call. I was told that I have all that I need even though I asked when can I get the Progress notes from the doctor . After visit summary just have a diagnostic and next appointment, no information in regard with visual acuity. Parents need easy access, hard copy if possible. From my chart a parent is not able to save or send the information in regard with Progress Notes when is needed.

I really appreciate how the provider had different visual options for my child hearing impaired child to respond back.

I love the ophthalmologist. Dr. Keck does an awesome job with my daughter. She understands exactly what we're looking for, what we need, and she is always so concerned about her. I was not able to attend the appointment, but early the next morning, Dr. Keck called me, gave me a rundown of what she feels is needed and what my daughter needs in order to be able to be better and have a chance at being a kid. I really did appreciate that.

Do miss having parkridge available for appts. We live in prosperity. But I do get to receive the glasses there

The only downside about this office is how often they are running behind. My son had a 315 appointment and we weren't seeing the doctor until about 415 an hour later. A really long wait. That's the only downside.

I spend about 5-10 minutes with the doctor just for him to read a letter chart that I can do at home. There's no real in dept work I see being put it to the patient so that the whole wait time I spend is for what. Never get called inside by my appt time. Spend 90% of the visit waiting to be called and to be seen.

There wasn't anything done really well, everything was bad from the front desk to the doctor. The only person that was actually nice or helpful at all was the nurse either the ma or the HIA that brings you back. But other than that, everything was horrible. I didn't feel like the doctor really knowledgeable.

We've had follow up questions and have used MyChart to ask as we have been advised to do and we've never had anyone respond. Other specialists respond within a day or two. If this office does not use MyChart for follow up it would be nice for them to tell us at the appointment and also have an automated response to messages saying we need to call the office.

Nothing. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with this doctor. PS. My mother is a pediatrician, and I grew up seeing her dedication and care for her patients. Parents need clarity and direction when their children have health issues. It's hard to deal with this kind with situation when we receive nothing.

The wait to see the doctor was an hour or slightly over an hour, and that things have been excessive and unfortunate.
