Very nice Dr and staff!

Everyone was polite on the visit. Dr. Robinson is always a doctor that's concerned about your health condition. He takes his time in each patient room when he comes to visit. Only concern that I don't like, it can be more of a less wait. Some wait time is three hours or better, and that can improve.

I wish there were more Dr. Robinson's. He was so very kind#patient..rwally willing to listen

I purchased eye glasses at #4 and that was a very positive experience. I cannot wait for my bifocals to arrive. I'm very excited that I will be able to read and see at a distance without changing glasses.

Dr. Robinson was fine, his staff fine. I feel he saw me then sent me away & then made an appointment with the optometrist & they were trying to start my care over. I've already paid over $500 out of pocket & then told my next appointment would be $525... Not staying with Prisma..........

Dr Robinson is a phenomenal doctor and his team, from the registration desk down to the nurses they were excellent. I always feel welcomed as soon as I enter the building. It's always clean and neat and extra friendly. I would recommend anyone 10/10!

Thorough testing, questioning, on answering my questions. Rather long wait for doctor, but knew he was being thorough with other patients as well.

When I checked in fifteen minutes early, the check in was not entered properly. Thirty minutes after my appointment time, I asked the receptionist what the status of my appointment was. My check in had not been entered! This is totally unacceptable!

You need to do a better job of scheduling your patients in. I waited almost 40 minutes for the doctor, was actually ridiculous. Need to do a better job.

From start to finish, definitely Dr. Robinson's office has one that the best health care experiences and services!

There is nothing to do while waiting after my eyes were dilated. I can't see my phone or read a book so I was remarkably bored. Maybe it could be beneficial to have music playing or something do while waiting for the resident/primary physician to come in.
