Universal Studios Japan has announced details about the 2024 Universal Easter Celebration and NO LIMIT! Music Festival, both beginning on March 8.
Universal Easter Celebration
The Universal Easter Celebration will be from March 8 through June 30, 2024. It will include kawaii decorations, special character greetings, and a parade through the park.
Easter Day 2024 is on Sunday, March 31.
Go! Go! Easter March
Sesame Street, Hello Kitty, and Peanuts characters will march through the street for a special parade on select days of the festival. The characters and dancers will appear in pastel Easter outfits and bunny ears.
The Easter parade will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from March 16 through 31; on Monday, April 1; on Tuesday, April 2; and daily from May 2 through 5. Exact showtimes will be posted approximately a week in advance.
This map shows Go! Go! Easter March route through the park’s Hollywood area. The show stop area is in front of Stage 22, marked with a star.
Minions Mecha-Cawa Easter Greeting & Minions Happy Easter Greeting
Minions greetings will take place at the front of Minion Park. The Minions will be dressed in their Easter outfits, including bunny and chicken-inspired costumes.
Universal Wonderland Fun Fun Music
In Universal Wonderland, Elmo and Snoopy don bunny ears while Hello Kitty wears an egg-inspired dress for a special dance party.
Easter Decorations
Concept art shows the Minion Park archway decorated with Easter bunting that features eggs. An egg-shaped sign reads “Bello! Easter Celebration.” Minion figures wear painted eggshells and bunny ears on their heads. Character-inspired Easter eggs line the pathway. Painted eggs and bananas adorn the trees.
An “Easter Celebration Wonderland” sign will sit in a giant woven Easter basket in Universal Wonderland. Giant painted eggs are on the ground around the giant floral versions of Hello Kitty, Elmo, and Snoopy.
Easter Food
These specialty food items will be available beginning on February 28.
The Easter Sandwich Set and Easter Paysanne Salad with Colorful Vegetables will be at Beverly Hills Boulangerie.
Beverly Hills Boulangerie will also serve the cherry and honey-flavored Easter Bunny White Chocolate Mousse (left) and the Happy Easter Shortcake (right).
At Snoopy’s Backlot Café, guests can get the Easter Strawberry Cake with whipped cream and milk (left and the Easter Carbonara Spaghetti Set (right).
Delicious Me! The Cookie Kitchen will serve the Mayhem Easter Egg Cookie Sandwich with custard cream and fruit (left) and the Mayhem Easter Egg Soda, which is orange lemonade (right).
Lastly, the Hello Kitty Strawberry & Milk Churritos (left) and Hello Kitty Strawberry & Tangy White Easter Drink (white) will be at Hello Kitty’s Corner Café.
Easter Merchandise
Universal Studios Japan teased two Easter merchandise items: a Hello Kitty headband and a Snoopy headband. These will be available at the Sesame Street Kids Store and participating locations beginning on March 8.
The Hello Kitty headband is a fluffy white cat ears with two pink bunny ears sticking up between them. A pink and purple floral bow is on the left cat ear.
Between Snoopy’s floppy black ears, a pair of blue bunny ears stick up from this headband. A small blue hat with flowers on it is next to the bunny ears.

NO LIMIT! Music Festival
The spring NO LIMIT! Music Festival will happen congruently with the Universal Easter Celebration, and Universal Wonderland Fun Fun Music is included in both celebrations. Other musical events will begin later in March.
During Kuromi Live, My Melody and Kuromi will put on a cute rock concert beginning on March 15.
Beginning on March 20 will be Streetside Symphony, when an “ordinary corner of the town suddenly becomes extraordinary through the colors of music!”
The Power of Pop: World Tour show will begin on March 8.

Universal Studios Japan also shared a preview of My Melody and Kuromi merchandise, including these T-shirts featuring the characters.
Both tees read “Black Dreams Bloom,” but are opposites in color scheme. Kuromi’s tee is black with dark blue and pink, while My Melody’s tee is white with a pastel-colored design.
